El domingo 4 de septiembre circuló un video en el que Carlos Mario Marín, alcalde de Manizales, le dijo al presidente Gustavo Petro que el ‘Aeropuerto del Café’ es un proyecto de las élites manizaleñas. Esa declaración reactivó el debate sobre la pertinencia de la construcción de ese aeropuerto, que está estimado en 531.000 millones de pesos.

En #BajoReserva hablamos con Reinerio Cuartas, director del aeropuerto La Nubia, de Manizales, durante 26 años. Su testimonio sirve para entender  varios problemas que rodean la construcción de Aerocafé, que van desde las condiciones geográficas del terreno donde se adelantan las obras hasta obstáculos que atraviesan la futura pista.
