La jueza 39 Penal Municipal con función de control de garantías le dictó medida de aseguramiento con detención domiciliaria a Alexandra Agudelo por el escándalo de Buen Comienzo.

La Jueza 39 Penal Municipal de Control de Garantías de Medellín accedió a la petición de la Fiscalia General de la Nación y ordenó imponer medida de aseguramiento domiciliaria en contra de Alexandra Agudelo, secretaria de Educación de Medellín, y Lina María Gil, exdirectora de Buen Comienzo. 

Esto por las irregularidades en la contratación para la atención de la primera infancia en la capital de Antioquia. La Fiscalía le imputó a las dos funcionarias los delitos de contrato sin cumplimiento de requisitos legales, peculado por apropiación en tentativa.

Dentro de los delitos está también el interés indebido en la celebración de contrato y peculado por apropiación consumado en favor de terceros. Los mismos le fueron imputados a Henry Gómez, representante legal de Colombia Avanza, que no fue cobijado con detención.
