Las cuatro historias de este especial resumen el saldo tras la aspersión con glifosato: campesinos quebrados y sin alternativas en regiones como el sur de Bolívar y Putumayo, desconfianza hacia el Estado, problemas ambientales y de salud, una generación de niños con malformaciones o condiciones especiales en Guaviare, posiblemente producto de la exposición de sus madres al químico.

La investigación también indaga a fondo en torno a las irregularidades de la principal empresa proveedora del químico en Colombia y las quejas contra la fuerza pública por la ejecución de la fumigación en varios departamentos.
