Vorágine comparte un especial periodístico que también es un libro de recetas y un manifiesto sobre nuestra relación con la comida, porque comer no es solo satisfacer nuestras necesidades biológicas.

Hoy en Vorágine queremos compartir ¡Rebeldes!, un especial de nuestros amigos y aliados de Cerosetenta que también es un libro de recetas, un manifiesto sobre nuestra relación con la comida y un grito de indignación que llega de varios rincones de un continente que se niega a morir de hambre.

Porque como dice el escritor y coleccionista de libros de cocina Tom Nealon, a pesar de su rol fundamental en nuestras vidas, el registro histórico que se ha hecho de la comida es insuficiente y nunca terminaremos de entender la manera en la que comer (y su antónimo cruel, el hambre) fueron claves en la forja de nuestras sociedades. Esperamos que queden satisfechxs con estas historias que se cocinaron en Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Honduras, México y Perú.
